What you’ll be doing with us

You will manufacture and assemble composite components in accordance with drawings and work instructions.
You will laminate, bond and assemble fibre-reinforced components to form finished assemblies.
You check your work for dimensional accuracy, appearance and completeness – quality starts with you.
You will carefully document each step of your work.
You’ll work closely with Quality Assurance and Development.

What you need for us

A completed technical qualification, e.g. as an aircraft mechanic, boat builder, model maker or similar.
Manual dexterity and an eye for precision and tidiness.
Some experience of working with fibre-reinforced composites or in assembly – or a willingness to learn.
A meticulous approach to work and a team spirit.
A command of German sufficient for effective communication within the workplace.
