We are looking for a meticulous, responsible individual who is passionate about tackling technical challenges. As a development engineer, you will work on innovative composite solutions – from material selection and simulation right through to production readiness.
In this role, you will take responsibility for structures, processes and technical documentation, working closely with our interdisciplinary team.

What you’ll be doing with us
- You will manufacture and assemble composite components in accordance with drawings and work instructions.
- You will laminate, bond and assemble fibre-reinforced components to form finished assemblies.
- You check your work for dimensional accuracy, appearance and completeness – quality starts with you.
- You will carefully document each step of your work.
- You’ll work closely with Quality Assurance and Development.
What you need for us
- A completed technical qualification, e.g. as an aircraft mechanic, boat builder, model maker or similar.
- Manual dexterity and an eye for precision and tidiness.
- Some experience of working with fibre-reinforced composites or in assembly – or a willingness to learn.
- A meticulous approach to work and a team spirit.
- A command of German sufficient for effective communication within the workplace.
